Dacorum is a sprawling Hertfordshire borough covering 84 square miles — from the M1 corridor at Hemel Hempstead out to the rural Chilterns above Tring. With over 150,000 residents and the busy A41/M25 boundary, breakdowns happen at all hours, in all conditions.
